Berger LöbauType Mod. 170
This is a fantastic sounding grand piano of high German quality. The Berger grand piano was made in Löbau, Germany, former DDR. Berger was the trademark of August Förster from 1968 to 1991. After 1991, the Berger name was reverted back to August Förster.
Specifically, this construction period of Berger/August Förster is known for grand pianos of a very high quality. The Flemming brand mechanism plays wonderfully. Evidently the Berger factory had no problems with supply of high quality materials in this period. The grand piano has a beautiful light honey-colored wood veneer. Most importantly, the sound, which is truly beautiful!
We restored the action, keyboard and the cabinet. The grand is regulated, tuned and beautifull voiced. The grand piano can last for generations again. On top of this overhaul, you will receive a 10-year warranty.
The grand piano meets the requirements of the professional pianist. Thanks to its competitive price, the grand piano is accessible to piano lovers with a smaller budget.
